Mitchel Osborne is a photographer specializing in travel, stock and maritime subjects. Originally from New Orleans but now based in Port Townsend , Washington. This Pacific Northwest location is in the shadow of the Olympic Mountains on Puget Sound. Mitchel’s travels have taken him from the swamps of Louisiana to Australia’s outback. Needless to say ,living in New Orleans, Mardi Gras has been a long term project with three books and a series of calendars. With the wealth of  wooden boats and sailing in Washington, maritime photography has become a principal subject. This has resulted in two years of Wooden Boat calendars and fine art photographs.   Mitchel continues to travel adding to his extensive stock library.
