Mitchel Osborne is a photographer with over 30 years of experience in travel, nature and maritime photography. His career spans world travel, the southern US with emphasis on New Orleans, nature and maritme subjects from steamboats to tall ships. He is known for his extensive stock library including Mardi Gras with three books on the subject. Originally from New Orleans he is now based in Port Townsend , Washington. This historic Pacific Northwest location is in the shadow of the Olympic Mountains on Puget Sound where wiith the wealth of wooden boats and sailing, maritime photography has become a principal subject. This has resulted in four years of Wooden Boat calendars and fine art photographs. Mitchel continues to travel adding to his extensive stock library.
